Missions: - Collaborate closely and proactively with our multinational stakeholders to plan, execute, and conclude various projects, ranging from software development to infrastructure updates. - Maintain continuous communication between stakeholders, acting as a vital link between technology and business. - Supervise the acquisition process, dealing with vendors, contracts, and performance monitoring for our projects. - Infuse positivity in team and client meetings, fostering an atmosphere that encourages collaboration and creative problem-solving. - Balance multiple projects, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion while keeping stakeholders informed. - Embrace new technologies, tools, and methodologies, staying at the forefront of the constantly evolving IT landscape. Be a driving force. **Profile**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT project/support/administrative role, demonstrating your interest in technology and organizational skills. - A positive attitude and passionate mindset, ready to face challenges confidently and turn them into opportunities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, making you a valuable link between technology and non-technology team members. - Proficiency in project management tools, demonstrating your ability to stay up-to-date with project management trends. - Commitment to continuous learning and growth, never settling for "good enough". - Fluent in French and English. - Geographical mobility and availability for travel. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week
