Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative of The Gutsy Captain, based in Lisbon, you will represent the company, bringing new business opportunities and developing the scope of the partnerships already in place. Also, you will guarantee the implementation of the trade marketing and promotional plan at the point of sale.
**Function Description**:
- Segment: On-trade Channel
- Be an expert in the field, always on the loop of new trends, new openings, events and activations, using this information to prospect, segment and win neew business and customers within the area under your responsibility.
- Identify all outlet opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit customers providing them with the best servicing, collecting feedback and follow up on direct orders.
- Commercial management: submission of proposals, negotiation, and conclusion of deals.
- Account management: Creating new strategies to identify needs, clarify doubts and solve any issues that might come up.
- Activate/implement trade and promotional actions at the point of sale based on company guidelines.
- Ensuring adequate visibility and the effectiveness of promotional activity, suggesting suitable locations, activations in line with the sales strategy.
- Monitor customer results to ensure high quality service, proactively managing customer expectations and proposing improvements.

- Analytical approach.
- 2 years experience in sales in the On Trade channel, preferably in the beverage area.
- Schedule: Flexibility and availability in after-hours
- Skills in Excel, Word and Power Point;
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
