Your new role
Integrated in the Logistics Department and as Responsible for Customer Service, this profile will be responsible for the operationalization, monitoring and supervision of all processes inherent in the Customer Service, namely:
Team Management
Provide customer support during the ordering process;
Reception of orders;
Registration and sending of orders;
Planning;
Transportation;
Liaise with the corporate teams involved in the ordering process.
What you'll need to succeed
Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar;
Experience in the logistics area, involving transports (customs legislation) and contact with commercial area, in the industrial sector;
Experience in Team Management;
Experience in SAP;
Fluency in English;
