We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth. - ** DECSKILL BOOST**: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations. - ** DECSKILL CONNECT**: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value. **At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.** We are looking for a **Business Analyst** **Responsabilities**: - Business Analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements. - Analyze and map current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for software development teams. - Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, providing clear communication and clarification when needed. - Lead and participate in requirement review meetings with stakeholders and development teams. - Collaboration and Communication: - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment. - Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, especially Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Proficient in developing and executing test plans and cases. - Knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) **Plus.**: - Good level of english.
