ONLINE FIELD COORDINATOR - INTERN**

Innovation team - Lisbon office - internship for one year
**ABOUT THIS JOB**

The Field Coordinator sits within the EU Operations team, which is responsible for ensuring that research projects run smoothly across internal and external partners.

The aim of Field Coordinator is to work as a liaison between different operational teams to ensure that data from the field meet quality standards and match the client expectations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure on time delivery and high quality of data, align with Bases standards
- Monitor all live studies on a daily basis to identify any in-field issues early
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure projects meet client requirements and are completed on time
- Communicate with internal and external team members to address any concerns, discussing timing revisions, or making adjustments to project requirements during fieldwork
- Willing to work as a team regionally and globally
- Works well with other internal partners across Commercial and Operational teams in order to deliver on time work out of field. Foster a professional and friendly environment while working with others across the business.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills In English
- Proficiency in Google tools/MS Office
- Ability to coordinate among departments, communicate status updates and provide follow up
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
