ABOUT THE ROLE

As a business continuity analyst in our ACCP you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) strategies, ensuring operational resilience and minimize the impact of potential disruptions.

You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans and IT disaster recovery processes, ensuring that critical business functions and IT systems can be restored efficiently and effectively. Working in close collaboration with various departments, including IT, operations, and risk management, to integrate resilience into all aspects of the organization's operations.

You’ll also oversee BC/DR testing activities, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide input and feedback on Global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services strategy, requirements and policies.
- Support and collaborate with business clients in the development of and improvement of their business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Support exercise facilitation for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery related Exercises, including leading planning meetings and updating milestone documents and producing exercise-related deliverables
- Research, interpret results, and gather information to inform continuous improvement to program standards, procedures, processes, training, templates and tools, metrics and reporting
