Currently, we a re looking for AI Automation Consultant to join our Client's project. The main goal - to drive intelligent automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and AI capabilities. You'll work directly with stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver AI-enhanced automation solutions that transform business workflows.

**Non-Technical Requirements**:

- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively
- Strong requirement gathering and business analysis capabilities
- Proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions.

**Work Approach & Autonomy**:

- Highly autonomous with ability to own solutions end-to-end from requirements through deployment
- Self-directed problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions
- Experience managing workload independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

**Collaboration & Delivery**

- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Customer-focused approach with commitment to delivering quality solutions.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Core Power Platform Expertise - 4+ years
- Strong hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture and data modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics integration within Power Platform environment.

**AI & Intelligent Automation (Critical Focus)**:

- Practical experience implementing AI Builder models (document processing, prediction, object detection, etc.)
- Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Copilot capabilities into Power Platform solutions
- Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven automation workflows

**Solution Delivery**:

- End-to-end solution development including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM practices, and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.
