You will be responsible to:

- Designing and implementing both internal and external events for Hovione across multiple geographies
- Develop event briefings and align with internal stakeholders on expected outcomes for specific events
- Design and implement internal events
- Design and implement presence at industry events such as Industry Fairs, Social Corporate functions,
- Develop and maintain an event calendar
- Develop guidelines and framework for implementation of functional and site-specific events
- A bachelor’s degree in communication or other related studies
- Desirably with at least 10 years professional experience and at least 5 years’ experience in coordinating corporate events of differing complexity and sizes
- Fluent in the English language
- Energetic and enthusiastic, aware of the importance of events to drive the communication message
- Awareness of the required differences between geographies
- Skilled at delivering both online and offline events
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong team player
- Strong customer orientation
- Focused on delivering quality results within budget
