**WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?**

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead, manage, coordinate and support our Performance Soccer team

**HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)**
- To maintain an overview of the hub collection plan, in coordination with the Soccer Performance Manager
- To manage and support the Soccer Performance Team Leads and Data Analysts shifts
- Subsequent recruitment, training, and on-boarding to Soccer Performance Team Leads, Senior & Data Collection Analysts
- To ensure 100% delivery of agreed coverage and ability to implement new coverage with current resources during season.
- Expert Performance, Base & Event Data knowledge
- Schedule and deliver regular team meetings with Team Leads and Analysts and ensure messaging is cascaded on to Analyst group as well as collating and raising issues
- To communicate efficiently new or redefined processes and definitions through Process Team, Coverage, QMS Team, and Others
- To manage communication to Team Leads and Analysts ensuring they are fully aware of procedures, KPIs, coverage, and the overall purpose of Data Operations
- To ensure all local teams work within local legislation frameworks
- Continuously launch initiatives to meet KPIs and improve the performance
- Regularly review and meet with the local team to provide adequate feedback
- Constantly strive for improved efficiency and productivity whilst maintaining quality
- Drive change, innovation, and creative thinking in line with the group strategy
- To be aware of the high level of detail that the company requires for customers
- To spearhead the recruitment process
- To develop and ensure a consistent training programme to improve the quality of new analysts if required.
- Ensure the measure of the Full-Time Performance, including management of leagues and matchday management is kept up to date
- To ensure the Team Leads Performance is of the highest standard measures against the new check sheet
- To ensure that annual leave and absences of Data Collection Team Leads are managed and recorded in iStats Perform

**DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?**
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Good investigator. Seeks out necessary input from experts and can assess and prioritise the importance of specialist advice in respect of delivering the right solution.
- Good English skills
- Complete understanding of collection tools and processes
- Specialist knowledge of worldwide soccer leagues and competitions
- Ability to anticipate operational scenarios

- Knowledge of the Soccer Performance operation
- Spanish and Portuguese Skills and other languages
