HUMAN RESOURCES REPORTING OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2304HRM14891) **About the job** - Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients **Your Main Activities Are** - Ensure the production of the Global Headcount, HR dashboards & ad-hoc reportings - Provide support to the Group internal tool for end users - Set up of a strong control framework; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (controls, reconciliations, etc...) - Headcount Data quality Management - Back up team colleagues managing movements internal tool requests - Setup and follow up of projects from the specifications up to the go live - Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master degree in Management, Finance or Human Resources - More than 2 years of professional experience in Finance or Management, namely in reporting/consolidation and management of large databases - Fluency in English is required - Expert usage of MS Office Excel LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
