**A sua nova função**
- Apoiar o processo de análise e descrição de funções;
- Desenvolver e acompanhar os processos de recrutamento e seleção internos e externos;
- Apoiar os processos de mobilidade interna;
- Acompanhar os processos de acolhimento e integração de novos colaboradores;
- Apoiar a integração de estágios curriculares, fazendo a ponte entre as escolas e as empresas/negócios;
- Levantamento, planeamento e gestão das necessidades de formação;
- Acompanhar e dinamizar o desenvolvimento do sistema de avaliação de desempenho;
- Acompanhar o Plano de Benefícios;
- Garantir o cumprimento do RGPD em todas os processos e atividades;
- Apoiar algumas atividades da gestão administrativa de Recursos Humanos.
**O que necessita para ser bem sucedido**
- Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos ou outra área relevante;
- Experiência entre 3 a 5 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente em ambiente multinacional;
- Conhecimentos no ERP Navision (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês falado e escrito;
- Conhecimentos de informática na ótica de utilizador e gosto por explorar e dinamizar novas ferramentas de trabalho;
- Conhecimentos da legislação laboral e RGPD;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação.
