We are preparing a ramen bar in Santos, Lisbon. and looking for the **General Manager** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
- Lead and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the head chef and bar manager to curate menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Kouji’s values of craftsmanship, hospitality, and community.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of F&B trends, Japanese cuisine, and beverage programs.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
