What you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in system administration, infrastructure operations, or SRE functions
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with container orchestration and hybrid cloud platforms (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations
- Cloud environment experience (Azure and/or AWS)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation
- Understanding of information security concepts related to ISO/IEC 27001
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written
What we consider a plus (not mandatory):
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines for secure SDLC
- ITIL Foundation certification or experience working in ITSM-compliant environments
- Participation in ISMS audits or security incident response efforts.
- Duration: Long Term Contract.
- Localization: Hybrid, Porto.
