As a Cybersecurity / GRC Junior at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Program, ensuring the consistency of the Risk Management Framework.
- Support in identifying and documenting the various risks the company may face and preparing risk reports.
- Assisting with efforts to align internal security practices with industry best practices and security frameworks in line with strategy and the expectations of our partners and regulators.
- Implement the cybersecurity strategy.
- Promote the continuous improvement of the security awareness program.
- Lead investigations into cybersecurity incidents.
- Act as an internal expert on matters relating to security incidents, specifically for business continuity purposes.
- Work with the SOC to identify and solve vulnerabilities in all systems and recognize problems by identifying abnormal behaviors.
- Ensure proper documentation following organizational standards and best practices.
About you
- University degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience as an infrastructure or security engineer.
- Experience in Active Directory, Windows Server configuration and administration.
- Experience in cybersecurity GRC, risk management, compliance, ISO implementation, and audits.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., QNRCS, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of patch management, firewalls, EDR, and intrusion detection/protection systems.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with infrastructure on public clouds (AW) building infrastructure as code and infrastructure as a service.
- Experience with operating system Linux administration.
