**What are we building?**:
We’re building a world-class team that connects product innovation, marketing strategy, and sales execution to drive growth, maximise revenue opportunities, and deepen customer engagement. As we continue to scale, we seek a Head of Growth who can strategically steer our efforts and ensure we leverage our platform to generate significant growth in product adoption and revenue pipeline.

**What will you do?**:
As our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives that align with our platform’s unique strengths, driving product adoption and revenue expansion. This role requires deep collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities, streamline user journeys, and create strategies that unlock our platform's full potential.

You will own the strategic roadmap for growth, bringing a creative yet analytical mindset to optimise users' interactions with our platform and increase its network effects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that leverages the Infraspeak platform to expand product adoption, network effects and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Identify and optimise product-led opportunities at every user journey stage to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure that features are optimised for user success, developing strategies to drive engagement, sales opportunities, and adoption.
- Partner with the Marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with users and translate into meaningful platform activity.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure that pipeline generation is consistently aligned with customer needs and that our platform’s full value is communicated effectively.
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers maximise the platform's value and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Create and test growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities, using data-driven insights to iterate quickly and refine strategies.
- Define, track, and analyse key metrics such as customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring a strong understanding of performance at all levels.
- Champion growth innovation, encouraging a culture of creativity, learning, and iteration across the organisation.

**What do we expect from you?**:

- 4-8 years of experience in a leadership role within growth, product, marketing, or a related field in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue pipeline through cross-functional collaboration, with experience working across product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and experience creating strategies that increase user adoption, engagement, and revenue at scale.
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills, able to develop and execute complex growth initiatives.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools such as Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and executing data-driven campaigns.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across departments and create alignment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and scaling revenue opportunities by optimising both user engagement and customer success initiatives.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for experimentation, learning, and iteration.
- Curiosity, grit, and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
