We’re searching for a** Sales Coordinator in Lisbon** to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

Reporting to the Director of Sales - Lisbon, you’ll be a key support for the sales team wherever needed with reporting, identify leads and supporting client relationships. Plus, you’ll contribute to our commercial growth strategy

**A role less ordinary.**
- Supporting the teams in striving to achieve challenging monthly targets.
- Working on multiple systems and ensuring databases are correctly up to date.
- Being the champion of all systems and the go to person for this
- Being able to work part of the team and independently.
- Supporting group and event coordinator with post enquiry matters.
- Managing business reports to identify new and further business opportunities for the teams.
- Working on several databases to upkeep weekly, monthly reports for sales activities.
- Supporting the sales teams for all business trips, travel, fam trips, client meeting and presentation preparation, including account reviews
- Channelling leads and opportunities to the sales teams

- A whiz on excel, PowerPoint and learning new systems
- Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks based on insight.
