Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate

What You Will Do

You, as our Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate, will lead the consolidation process and orchestrate financial planning and forecasting cycles across the entire ELMAC region. You are responsible for the maintenance, improvement and optimization of “Wizard tool” which is the backbone of the regional planning process.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Manage consolidation process of 80+ countries within ELMAC region
- Maintain digital finance framework (“Wizard tool” and Tableau reporting)
- Create Tableau dashboards for financial planning & forecasting cycles
- Support ad hoc finance analysis and activities
- Supports FP&A projects and may participate in wider cross-functional projects
- Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and CI of the department and ACCP
- Ensures internal and external reporting deadlines are met
- Works on improving the use of systems or new systems to be adapted with an automation mindset
- Drives data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP, Diagnostics and ANAPLAN and ensures all reporting systems are accurate.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years working in a finance-related field ideally Finance Planning and Analysis
- Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic understanding of financial consolidation
- Experience in data analytics and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)

Preferred Requirements
- Experience in FP&A activities
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Working knowledge of IS systems (including the proven capability in SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of financial process automation (familiarity with VBAs, SQL, etc.)
- Clearly explains processes and procedures
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP
