Due to this growth, Efficio is seeking an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager.

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to support our Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of relevant finance experience who is passionate about business performance, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in supporting forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, as well as delivering insightful analysis to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reporting packs including variance analysis and commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with business units and project leads.
- Analyse key business drivers, revenue trends, and margin performance.
- Maintain and improve financial models used to support commercial decision-making.
- Provide commercial insight on client profitability, resource utilization, and pipeline health.
- Assist in preparation of board and investor presentations. As well as yearly audit supporting information.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to collect relevant data and align financial plans.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of reporting tools using Excel or BI platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting.
- Working towards Accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with financial systems and/or PSA systems such as Certinia, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Exposure to FP&A systems such as Datarails, Anaplan or Hyperion is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of presenting data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
