**OPERATIONS MANAGER FIELD - SERVICES**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As Operations Manager, you are a Sales and Partner primary engagement contact delivering key Operations Services related to the Field, Customer or Partner. Your main responsibilities are to provide operational expertise and be accountable for execution around performance management, enablement, readiness, and advocacy in areas that can save time and effort for our clients. By maximizing the full network of specialists and capabilities you will be able to improve your client’s productivity and growth and help them in the transition of their business into a recurring revenue business model.
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You will be part of the Commerce & Lifecycle Operations EMEA organization and will work closely in person or through digital channels with your peers in-country or across EMEA/global. With thorough understanding and knowledge of your audience, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales Team, Customer or Partner you cover.
**THIS REQUIRES YOU TO**:
- Be the bridge between Cisco Operations and the client’s experience (Partners, Distributors, Sales and Customers) and articulate Cisco’s operational strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with Clients to understand their personas, business priorities and requirements, goals, and operational top of mind
- Identify problems and opportunities for simplification, automation, productivity, and improved experience
- Be a trusted Operational advisor on key areas such as Commit Management, Complex Deal operational design/planning/assurance (AS-F, AS-T, AS-S/BCS, Multi-element), Supply Chain
- Measure performance through key outcome metrics and review progress through quarterly operational reviews
- Connect the dots across different departments and teams and work closely to improve workflows and minimize points of friction
- Identify trends and develop operational plans for Clients to drive improvement towards their productivity, profitability and experience while promoting self-sufficiency and readiness
- Inform, educate and engage Clients on operations processes and changes across commerce and transformation
**WHO YOU ARE**
You enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment. You'll have a passion for Customer experience, deliver Operational guidance to the Clients and create a partnership with them by building an Operational Business Plan that will enable them to address their business needs, improve their productivity and profitability.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 2 years of related experience, or PhD + 0 years of related experience
**SKILLS**:
- Strong Collaboration Skills key to building successful relationships.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SFDC, Oracle Suites, BI Tools will be a Plus.
- Proficient English.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills, at all levels of management - presentation as well as personal, soft skills.
- Demonstrated, take-charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong decision making, influencing, and negotiating skills at a departmental or region level.
- Ability to work cross-functionally inside and outside of Commerce & Lifecycle Operations
- Deep operational knowledge on Cisco’s operational processes, policies and capabilities will be a plus.
- Ability to co-relate the impact of the Goal to Commission process on Sellers.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Strong Change Management Skills to lead through large transformative projects and Self-Serve models.

- Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Analytical approach, ability to identify trends that impact Productivity thru a data lens and drive the required change.
- Ability to Influence and lead key decision making process within Sales leadership.
- Focus on Year-round Sales impacting activities.
