** What You’ll Do - Your Role at a Glance**
As part of our **Sales Team**, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and expanding our client portfolio globally. This is a high-impact, high-reward position designed for individuals with strong business acumen and a hunger for success.
**Your core responsibilities will include**:
**Cold Prospecting & Lead Generation**
- Research and identify potential clients across diverse international markets (Europe, Asia, North America, LATAM).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential merchants and partners seeking payment and fintech solutions.
- Use CRM tools to log, track, and analyze prospecting activity and engagement metrics.
**Global Client Acquisition**
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Present tailored PayNovus AD solutions to decision-makers in industries such as e-commerce, travel, digital goods, financial services, gaming, and more.
- Convert leads into active merchant clients through consultative, value-based selling techniques.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients — providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships by offering proactive service and customized solutions.
- Monitor client accounts, transaction trends, and compliance needs to ensure seamless operations.
**Portfolio Management & Upselling**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., additional payment products, new markets, currency services).
- Collaborate with risk, onboarding, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth client journey from acquisition to activation.
**Continuous Learning & Market Intelligence**
- Stay up to date on global fintech trends, payment regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, product workshops, and mentorship sessions.
- Actively contribute to improving our sales strategy by sharing market feedback and insights.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Nice to Have**:
- Previous experience in **Sales**, **Business Development**, or **Account Management**:
