Our client is an internationally renowned company in the cleaning and facility management sector, with a strong presence across several European markets. It combines technology with a highly skilled team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to both private and corporate clients. Currently in a growth phase, the company is looking to strengthen its operations in Portugal with the recruitment of a Finance Manager.
This professional will play a key role in the financial governance of the Portuguese operations, while also supporting group-level reporting and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of financial policies and internal controls, preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements, coordination of the audit process, and tax compliance. The Finance Manager will also partner closely with the CFO on projects, support business teams across local and international markets, and lead process and system improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
**Profile**:
- Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling (Swiss/French CPA) or equivalent qualification;
- Solid experience as Accounting or Finance Manager, ideally with exposure to both finance and controlling functions;
- Strong knowledge of Swiss/French GAAP and IFRS;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365);
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.
