We're looking for a Real Estate Expansion Manager (M/F/d) to push our growth in Portugal from our office in Madrid or remotely from Portugal.

**How you’ll be hosting with heart**:

- You will be our first employee in Portugal and the main go-to person regarding this topics.
- You source, analyse, negotiate and conclude new real estate contracts for Portugal including cold calling.
- You define the content and the processes in your own area and implement them successfully in order to achieve ambitious goals with the team.
- You work closely with our management and use your real estate knowledge for future limehomes.
- You are responsible for new and existing key accounts in our unit pipeline and develop them in partnership.

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- You have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a big plus.
- You have successfully completed a Business/Finance university degree, ideally with a focus on real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
- Through your relevant experiences and successes, you can demonstrate an exceptionally strong network in commercial real estate, hotel, office and/ or residential property in Portugal.
- You have excellent real estate market knowledge, contract experience and are motivated to question the status quo.
- We get to know you as an open-minded, committed personality who combines personal responsibility and creativity with an analytical way of thinking and working. As a result, you like being a team player as well as taking ownership for your projects.
