We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist.
**What we are looking for**:
- A natural aptitude for fast learning, being able to adapt to new technologies and strategies quickly;
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards work;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Creative thinking combined with keen attention to detail;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is a must, with knowledge of French or Spanish being an added bonus;
- Demonstrated knowledge of various social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
- Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator;
- Experience with creating videos for social media;
- A bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: You will create visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. This may include taking photos and videos of used car parts, creating designs, and writing captions.
- Social Media Management: You will help manage the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing social media data and providing regular reports.
- Influencer Marketing: You may assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers to promote the company's services on social media.
- Research: You will conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Support to the Marketing team: You will help in all communication and public relations matters, creating images and presentations to enhance the brand's public profile
