**We are looking for a Rhino that will **
- Support the planning, preparation and execution of performance tests as well as analyzing the results and suggest improvements;
- Analyze the workflow of distributed solution functions, with the objective of improve the evoked services;
- Support and collaborate in the implementation of the Performance by Design programme.

**The perfect Rhino will have **
- A Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Performance Consultant;
- Experience with Windows administrative tools for performance analysis (EventViewer, Performance Counters, Debug Diag, Windbg);
- Basic understanding of relational databases from the performance diagnosis point of view;
- Availability to travel whenever is required;
- A good English Level (B2).

**And will be skilled in **
- Databases like Performance Tuning Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL (nice to have);
- Troubleshooting (nice to have);
- Analytic skills (nice to have);
- Support/Help Desk tasks (nice to have).
