Are you a passionate Content Experience Manager with a solid background in developing and implementing content strategies?

Our client, a dynamic company located in Lisbon, is seeking a Content Experience Manager to contribute to its growth by overseeing a diverse and multicultural team.

**The Role**:

- Lead the development and implementation of content from start to finish, coordinating with product/project managers, communications specialists, instructional designers, and trainers to ensure accurate, consistent delivery.
- Map out and align content plans with both internal and external key stakeholders.
- Identify new/updated content needs and integrate them into existing channels/tools and training materials.
- Collaborate with Communications to build content delivery plans and strategies, with a focus on larger topics.
- Regularly meet with Training and Quality teams to address knowledge gaps and misunderstandings in content.
- Train and update trainers on new materials, providing details on changes regularly.
- Attend trainings to assess content effectiveness and modify based on feedback and common questions.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as an instructional designer or in creating adult learning training materials, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Dynamic attitude, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Keen focus on precision when handling projects in high-speed environments.
- Expertise in converting intricate technical concepts into easily understandable learning goals.
- Track record of orchestrating, implementing, and overseeing expansive strategic endeavors.
- Knowledge about the latest trends and best ways about ILT.
