At **GBS Finance**, we aim to act as Business Partners side by side with the Management of the Operations that perform these activities contributing with accurate and timely financial records to guide business decision-making.

**What role will you play?**
- Contract Management in cooperation with Business Controllers implying contract creation, status follow up, collection of billing information and customer alignment;
- Ensure Revenue and Cost charging for all GBS customers, provide clarifications, perform quality checks and a strong involvement in the standardization of the billing process throughout all customers and systems;
- Identification of potential automations within current financial processes and support in their standardization, collaborate in the implementation of new digital solutions;
- Performance and Controlling activities mainly towards ICFR controls, standard KPI reports and closing requirements.
**We are looking for**:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory); Other language is a plus (Italian, French and German);
- Strong experience with Excel is mandatory;
- Knowledge of SAP is highly valued;
- Strong communication skills and team oriented;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation, and professional ethics;
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving;
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.
