**JOB OVERVIEW**:
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Analysts are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Order management (creation, modification, and cancellation)
- Quarterly review of supplier forecasts
- Changes in transportation methods
- Calculation of net requirements for each purchase item
- Maintaining stocks within the agreed levels with the SC Manager
- Calculation of requirements for 12 turns (30 Days of Supply - DoH)
- Control of the availability of materials necessary for the execution of the production plan
- Weekly definition of the production plan
- Weekly analysis of Consignment stocks
- Monthly analysis of materials at risk of becoming obsolete/reserved
- Check forecast on the Supplier Portal
- Contact with Product Managers/Customer Service
- Order management (control of the process from order entry to the creation of the shipping document)
- Changes in transportation means
- Maintenance of basic data for the final product (MRP1, MRP2, MRP3, MRP4)
- Control of the availability of final products necessary to satisfy customers
- LMT (Lates Management tool) - Weekly update
- Make to Order (MRP) policy - Monthly analysis

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Management or related fields
- Fluent in English is mandatory, as well as, Fluent in Portuguese
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Good user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
