Senior Sales Manager

**Location**: Maia, Norte, PT, 4470-116 Lisboa, PT, 2780-171 Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (> 50% remote) We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a broad network within the wind energy business to search for new customers, detect market opportunities, and maintain good and close business relationships with established customers. **Your Responsibilities** - Ensure cross-functional cooperation for the execution of the sales strategy and on project level; - Preparation and negotiations of offers and contracts; - Ensure timely submission of proposals by the Team in accordance with the sales strategy; - Carrying out profitability calculations; - Generating and preparing presentations and reports; - Follow-up support for projects; - Participation in trade fairs and conferences; - Close dialogue with customers to ensure a good understanding of the customer's project and business case; - Answering customer enquiries (technical, commercial); - Gathering knowledge such as competitor activity, support systems for wind energy, and customers' international activities. **Your Skills** - Master's Degree in Business or Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering; - At least 5 years of experience with a broad network within the wind energy sector; - Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; - Good command of the English language, German as a plus; - Strong negotiating skills; - Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; - Personal skills to manage long-term maturity projects successfully. **Your Benefits** - Hybrid work system; - Private health insurance; - Extra days’ vacation; - Network of partners with discounts for employees; - Possibility to grow professionally and pursue an international career.
