Together, we are driving progress forward in a TRUE. BLUE. TRANSITION.- As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions and strategies. Your duties will include collecting data from various sources, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing data models and algorithms to analyze data and uncover trends. In addition, you will be required to interpret data to identify new opportunities for the business. To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills.**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS.**
- Support complex reporting infrastructure together with a dynamic team.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
- Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid decision-making
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
- Create customize visuals and custom calculations as per requirements
- Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

**JOB REQUIREMENTS.**

**_Specific skills / expertise / product_**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or Finance
- Experience (functions, duration): 3+ years of experience with variety of software and tools to develop and maintain the solutions, such as Microsoft BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, and others. Be familiar with project management, data integrity and data security.

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (eliminatory)
- Knowledge of Azure, SQL-server, data modeling, Tableau, Python, IFS (nice to have) and others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (nice to have)
