**Role**: German Digital Marketing Consultant
**Location**: Lisbon - hybrid (office + home)
**Salary**: €26,240 gross per year + performance bonus + benefits + food vouchers + monthly public transport allowance
**Relocation**: €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary)
Our client is a global outsourcing leader with over 290,000 employees across 160 offices worldwide. They partner with many world-leading brands and recently opened a modern, urban-style office by the coast in Lisbon. This location has become a hub for supporting one of the world’s biggest IT brands.
**The Role**
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will support a portfolio of new clients and help them grow their online advertising campaigns.
Your main tasks will include:
- Guiding clients through phone consultations about their PPC campaigns
- Reviewing, analysing, and optimising digital ad performance
- Creating keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
- Analysing data and trends to provide clear insights and reporting on KPIs
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **German** and **English**:
- Experience in digital marketing (paid ads, PPC, campaign optimisation)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good Excel skills (Pivot tables a plus)
