**About the Team**

Join Siemens IT Digital Commerce and Operations, where we're building the future of digital commerce through the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace. Our team delivers cutting-edge eCommerce capabilities (eCBE) supporting a diverse range of software and hardware products. As part of our Product Management organization, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how Siemens conducts digital business in the modern era.

**Your mission will be**
- Lead technical delivery for eCommerce solutions through Scrum teams
- Drive the development and implementation of Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace features
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define and finalize technical approaches
- Provide technical leadership to Scrum teams of 5+ developers and test owners
- Analyze and translate business requirements into well-formed technical specifications
- Manage resource estimation and allocation for project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to agile processes and continuous improvement
- Lead conflict resolution and risk management during delivery sprints
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align organization-wide priorities
- Work within a complex ecosystem of internal business systems

**We are looking for someone with**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of industry experience, including:
- 3+ years leading technical teams
- 3+ years in requirements analysis and specification creation
- Experience in product pricing, portfolio, and positioning
- Strong knowledge of B2B eCommerce platforms
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English required, German preferred
- Experience with Salesforce B2BCommerce is a plus

**Desired Experience**:

- Previous experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms
- Background in software development environments
- Track record of successful product delivery in complex technical environments
