We are currently looking for **Application Manager** What do we expect from you? - Manage the Run of Local Applications - Continuously assess business needs and contribute to the update of business requirements - Automate recurring manual tasks when possible - Test and sign-off new developments - Promote user engagement - Prepare workshops, feedback meetings and trainings with end-users - Provide end-user functional support - Process user support requests and coordinate with development teams, data source providers or other specialists to solve issues - Monitor and follow-up incidents and requests - Investigate and explain data quality issues - Monitor and execute production tasks - Monitor end-user data input and perform data quality controls - Run data update campaigns - Deliver data quality/governance dashboards and standard reports - Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ( >= 3 years) in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar - Master’s degree is a plus ( >= 5 years) - Experience: - 1-3 year experience as Data Analyst, Consultant, Auditor or Application Support Specialist is a plus - Previous experience in Financial Services Industry or Finance is a plus - Previous experience working with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx) and Reporting Tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus - Knowledge: - Data Governance & Data Quality management - Project Management / Product Management is a plus - Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Analytical, with good problem solving skills - Basic Business Analysis skills - Ability to deliver / Results driven - Good written and spoken English, French is a plus - Behavioural competencies: Ability to work in a team (including remotely) - Dynamic and proactive attitude - Attention to detail - Good communication skills (including presentation skills) What do we offer? ➡ An innovative and growing company, with a lot of opportunities for professional development. ➡ Teleworking and flexible hours: you decide if you prefer to work at the office or remotely. ➡ Retribution according to your experience and performance.
