**The role**
- The Salesforce Sales Business Analyst would be responsible for understanding Sales & Marketing processes within the customer organization and subsequently map them into Salesforce solution. This role will be responsible to bring in best practices of functional design across different Salesforce Clouds & domains.

**What you will do**
- Lead functional analysis & design for the Sales Cloud and Pardot tracks.
- Scoping of Sales process, detailing of scope into user stories and creation of product backlog.
- Execute Show & tell sessions during the project execution.
- Create training content and deliver Train the Trainer training
- Perform QA of functionality during sprints and different project phases.

**Who are we looking for**
- Experienced working in Sales processes for Manufacturing domain.
- Well versant with SFDC configuration and customization.
- Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
- Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
- Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
- Monitor and track project metrics and provide status updates to Key Stakeholders
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work in offshore / onsite model
