ACCOUNTING CONTROL AND REPORTING OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2402CBO17523) **About the job** - The Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit provides servicing activities related to syndicated loans or complex bilateral credits. This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Back Office (BO) for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the live cycle events of the credit. The Accounting Control and Reporting Officer is responsible for the accounting controls and corrections of the transactions booked by Loan Administrators and reporting production **Your Main Activities Are** - Perform Accounting Controls and booking of accounting regularisations as the case may be - Identify breaks generated on Internal accounts (EUR and currency) - Perform daily controls of the internal accounts and of analysis of the outstanding amounts - Perform controls of the unpaid credits - Perform monthly reporting (stock, outstanding, new deals, unpaid ) - Analyze and report fees - Input payments instructions in dedicated payment system - Perform accounting certification - Be the link with the Finance Department **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting - Relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations - Fluent (C1-C2) level of English - Ability to collaborate / teamwork - Proactivity - Attention to detail / rigor - Organisational skills - Analytical ability (Office pack: Excel) - Knowledge of Risk Management LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
