You will join the Corporate Center, the operational hub supporting our business units to thrive, through a culture of collaboration. **About your future Team**

Galp is looking for an Internal Auditor who will play a key role in the execution of internal audit projects, improving and protecting the value of the organization by providing assurance, advice and objective, risk-based knowledge.
This Auditor should be able to recommend changes and improvements to existing policies and controls to ensure that they are current, adequate, functional and used in accordance with the standards established by Galp.

**How will your day-to-day look like**:

- Perform independent operational and business process audits to assess the level of compliance with established policies and procedures and performs financial and substantive audits;
- Perform audits using best practices and Institute of Internal Audit standards;
- Prepare working papers to document the objective, procedures and conclusion of the tests performed;
- Analyze and evaluate management's compliance with internal controls, current business flows, policies and procedures and identify areas of non-compliance, missing policies and general operational and control improvements;
- Present audit findings, suggest recommendations and advise on audit, internal control or compliance issues;
- Interact with Internal Control representatives; Perform massive data analysis and support the Internal Audit automation journey.**What makes you unique**:

- Degree;
- Minimum 5 Years of professional experience in Audit, Control or other finance related positions;
- Knowledge of IFRS:

- High proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking);
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Advanced level of skills in Excel and Financial Information Systems (e.g. SAP);
- Knowledge of Institute of Internal Audit standards valued, but not mandatory;
- Willingness to travel.
