**New Opportunity - Senior Project Manager Data Management & Governance** **Location**: Lisbo (Hybrid) **Domain**: Data Governance TP / KYC Banking **Seniority**: 5 + years **Language**: English (C1+) **Your Mission** As our new **Senior Project Manager - Data Management**, you will drive the design and rollout of a robust **Data Governance framework for Third Party and KYC critical data**, guaranteeing end to end quality and regulatory compliance across multiple regions (EMEA, Asia, Americas). **Key challenges you'll own** - ** Build & embed governance** - define rules, controls, lineage, shared data dictionary and assist business lines in implementation. - ** Safeguard data quality** - deploy "data quality by design", steer dashboards, lead remediation and animate Data Quality forums. - ** Advise flagship projects** - provide expert guidance on TP / KYC data streams for high impact initiatives. - ** Connect the dots** - act as the critical link between central Data Office, business stakeholders and risk/compliance teams. **What you bring**: ?**Must have expertise** Experience 5 + years in banking / financial services, leading data centric projects & programmes Education Master's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar Technical - Data quality & governance know how - Project management methodologies - Full MS Office proficiency Regulatory Solid grasp of banking & KYC/AML requirements Soft Skills Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, adaptability & rigor Languages Fluent English (C1/C2); any additional language is a plus **Why join us?** - ** Impact** - shape the data strategy of a global banking environment. - ** Visibility** - work with senior leaders across regions and functions. - ** Growth** - lead transformative projects, expand your governance footprint, and drive real change.
