**Your contribution to something big**:
Content
- and personnel-management for a team of 7-8 preventive purchasing quality engineers inside the
Bosch plant in Braga.
Guiding, motivating and supporting new and experienced employees.
Managing the local communication with all important functions in the plant, development and business unit, and
representing localy the further PMQ-XE1 hierarchies from Germany.
First escalation level at the Braga plant for PMQ issues to the suppliers, project and quality functions.
Support capacity planning and in-year capacity management of the team.
Performing preventive quality work (planning, execution and release) for new projects and technical changes of CT
products.
Represent and report preventive quality topics up to management team

Independent working method and solution competence.
Initial personnel experience.
Good orientation-skills within process landscapes of of purchasing and quality.
Experienced background in mechanical engineering and production processes and quality management.
Fluent communication in English and across hierarchies.

Fast learning and handling of purchase/quality IT-tools.
