**Porto Region Event Support Coordinator - Part time**

Are you passionate about building relationships and creating memorable events?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and pro-active individual to join their team as a representative and event planner in the Porto region.

**Main responsibilities -**

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in the Porto region.

Plan and support coordination for events, conferences, and networking activities to promote business and community engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, government officials, and industry leaders.

On-the-day management.

Interaction with local members - maintain regular contact with existing members so that activities can be tailored to meet the region's specific requirements.

Gather and report on any newsworthy items which may affect local members or determine Chamber policy.

Collaborate with members to organise seminars, conferences, training and similar events.

Will have a proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for bringing people together.

Must speak fluent Portuguese and English.

Knowledge of the Porto region and its business environment is a plus.

**Own transport is required**, as travel within the Porto region will be necessary.

(A kilometer allowance will be provided for work-related travel)

This role is a part time position that would suit someone who earns a supplementary income and has a flexible working schedule.

Salary - 700 euro per month.

Hours - no more than 20 per week.
