**Job title**: Hostess
**Job Purpose**
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers.
Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing general information about the site and project, promote upcoming events, manage bookings and supporting the management on events proposals and productions. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant experience to our guests.
**Job Objectives**
- Welcoming guests & informing them at the door, guiding customers into the project.
- Present contents & events,
- Sell tickets and set up digital platforms for event promotion
- Support cashless operation
- Act as a project ambassador, promoting the space and events in different platforms
- Manage reservations
- In charge of private events requests to be supported by management
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Monitoring instagram messages for requests of events & day to day questions
- Manage Whatsapp group and private messages, being the main point of contact for customers
- Support on event creation and production
