- A Commerce Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in the Commerce Domain. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture principles and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- This role requires hands-on experience as Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect with a broad technical perspective regarding solution architecture.

**Job Description**:
Design the architecture systems in the Commerce Domain to ensure high performance and scalability- Lead the design and optimization of digital commerce platforms, primarily focused on Salesforce B2B Commerce, but with consideration for broader architectural patterns.- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the software development lifecycle.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.- Review and approve design and code to ensure adherence to best practices.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of software systems.- Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.**Requirements**:
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce & Order Management- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and patterns.- Experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade commerce solutions.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.- Ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and support team development.

Nice to Have- Familiarity with other Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, Service Cloud).- Exposure to other commerce platforms or ecosystems (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify ).- Understanding of headless commerce and modern architecture paradigms (e.g., MACH, composable architecture).
