Erakulis is looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As the Paid Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our digital advertising and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

We are looking for an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of digital advertising channels and best practices. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns, and an ability to optimize performance, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as GMP, Google Ads, Meta Ads and others
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, App Installs and User Subscriptions
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital advertising platforms and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and analytics to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Paid Media Specialist with Performance Accounts
- Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across GMP, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, targeting, and audience segmentation
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
