KYC QUALITY MONITORING CONTROLLER (JOB NUMBER: 2202GMOCM9913) **About the job** - Within CIB ITO CLM Office Global Quality Monitoring Central team, the KYC Quality Monitoring Controller is responsible for ensuring that the KYC updates performed in the CIB KYC tools (GCARS and Fenergo) by the regional GQM officers, are respecting the group compliance KYC rules and are following the Client Management operational guidelines. This is achieved by issuing operational procedures, controlling the tasks performed by the regional GQM officers, performing RM allocations activities and by coordinating with regional teams on the resolution of Key Quality Indicators. **Your Main Activities Are** - Perform sample quality controls on the activities of regional GQM teams - Ensure that the activity check information is up to date - Perform the RM allocations activities in GCARS - Prepare monthly Key Quality Indicators (KQI) and coordinate with Regions for the resolution of the issues - Present KQI results in dedicated OPCO meetings - Support regional GQM teams on queries about procedures and best practices - Ensure team KPIs are up to date and that Orus Controls are completed - Issue, develop and maintain operational procedures to guide the GQM regional officers in their tasks. - Participate in ad hoc projects related to the mission of ensuring the quality of the data inserted in CIB KYC tools requiring super admin accesses. **Profile and Skills to Success** - Fluent in English - Field of Expertise - Client Management - Academic background in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting - High attention for detail and great work ethic and team spirit - Ability to deliver/Results driven - Communication skills - oral & written - Ability to set up relevant performance indicators - Analytical Ability - Ability to understand, explain and support change - Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
