We are currently looking for a **QA Team Lead** to join our team.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Min. 4 years of experience as a QA;
- Previous experience as a Team Lead;
- Experience with Testing process;
- Experience in Software Testing environments;
- Knowledge of Test and Defect Management Tools;
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies;
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
- ISTQB Certified Tester (plus);
- Oriented to customer solutions;
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Sense of responsibility and adaptability to changes;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
