**THE JOB**
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an **IT Project Manager** for a national project in the banking sector.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience in a project leader role (senior PM level);
- Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a non-hierarchical framework;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Able to manage medium-sized transformation projects, efficiently interact with middle management, and identify risks proactively; requires regular coaching to further improve practice.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
