**What you'll be doing**:
- Provide technical support to our team;
- Manage the relationship with the software provider, including coordinating updates and resolving issues;
- Conduct regular tests on the system to ensure its functionality and efficiency;
- Work closely with other teams to understand and meet their technological needs;
- Participate in user training as needed.
**About you**:
- You have previous experience providing technical support (hardware and/or software);
- You have strong communication skills and understand the importance of solid teamwork;
- You speak Portuguese fluently and have good knowledge of English;
- Background/experience working in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industry (this is a good plus for us).
