We are looking for someone with a strong passion for luxury hospitality and experience in 5-star hotels. Fluency in English and German, along with proficiency in the “Opera” software, is essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure an exceptional experience for guests through guidance and support;
- Prepare arrivals for the day and handle phone calls;
- Manage master keys, vehicles, and safes;
- Perform check-ins and check-outs, and create control lists;
- Manage documents and prepare the daily information sheet for restaurants;
- Close the cash register and compile accommodation statistics.
