In collaboration with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, we’re seeking a German-speaking Video Content Moderator to join their growing team in Porto. If you're passionate about maintaining safe online environments and enjoy working with video content, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact

Your Role
Review user-reported video content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines
Audit, evaluate, and update content—including sensitive materials
️ Make clear, policy-driven moderation decisions in line with data protection standards
Stay current on client product updates and service offerings
What We’re Looking For
️ Fluent/native German (C2) and strong English (C1)
At least 6 months of content moderation or relevant experience preferred
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive topics
Solid computer literacy and strong communication skills
