**Na prática, o teu dia-a-dia**

Como HR Analyst a tua missão é recolher, analisar e interpretar data, métricas e estatísticas e aplicar esta informação de modo a suportar a gestão dos diferentes processos e projetos RH e a tomada de decisão sobre os mesmos, e sobre temas de negócio e de transformação da Experiência Colaborador.

Vais ter como principais responsabilidades:

- Identificar as fontes de informação RH e o tipo de informação que cada uma fornece, bem como as métricas a serem seguidas (KPIs,).
- Convergir a informação recolhida das várias fontes numa única ferramenta ao serviço de RH, Management e Colaboradores.
- Trabalhar com a restante equipa RH para analisar dados e identificar tendências e padrões associados aos diversos processos e práticas RH, nomeadamente a nível de recrutamento, desenvolvimento de competências, politicas salariais, turnover, conformidade, bem-estar, entre outros.
- Identificar e preparar hipóteses de estudo com base nos dados analisados e trabalha-as com a equipa RH
- Com base em métricas e análises preditivas, recomendar ações em linha com a estratégia e os objetivos, contribuindo ativamente para a melhoria da Experiência Colaborador, da atração e da retenção de talento.

Irás integrar a Direção de Recursos Humanos, reportando ao Manager da área de People Development & Employee Experience Transformation.

Trabalharás cerca de metade do teu tempo nos nossos escritórios e o restante tempo em home office.

**És tu quem procuramos?**

Tens formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão ou áreas similares?

Tens experiência como Analista de RH ou função semelhante, em Sistemas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos e familiaridade com operações RH, incluindo contratação, payroll, benefícios, recrutamento, formação?

Possuis excelentes competências analíticas e tens conhecimento avançado de excel, powerpoint e base de dados?

Comunicas facilmente em inglês e com diferentes públicos, tens conhecimentos de gestão de projetos e metodologia Agile?

Gostas de trabalhar com autonomia, de tomar decisões e possuis elevado sentido ético?
