**WORKPLACE**:
Lisbon or Oporto (Hybrid)

**ROLE**:

- Collaborate with clients to better understand their operational and strategic needs in terms of complex AI/ML challenges;
- Investigate and solve business problems using data-driven AI/ML technical strategies;
- Design and develop Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, i.e. collecting labelled data, configuring and training models, testing and evaluating results;
- Create the most appropriate approaches to solve problems identified within the company framework;
- Follow industry best practices to deploy and scale developed solutions in production software;
- Assist operational teams with deployment, monitoring and maintenance of developed solutions.

**PROFILE**:

- Higher education in Information Technology or similar;
- Up to 2 years' professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Machine Learning Specialist;
- Familiarity with NLP projects, data extraction, document processing or process automation;
- Experience with Machine Learning classification/regression/grouping models and/or statistical models;
- Knowledge of at least one Machine Learning development stack (e.g. Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch);
- Proficiency in artificial intelligence techniques and paradigms;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to think abstractly and creatively;
- Ability to explain the results of a model and the different elements that affect it;
- High statistical and quantitative analysis skills (e.g. machine learning models, statistical models, etc.);
- Knowledge of ETL methods;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Research-oriented and keen on continuous learning.
