**Job Description Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Admin support to the retail agency team and part of the wider admin team in the office
- Minor accounting duties such as invoicing: through an internal system and payment follow-up
- Help in updating data in tools such as CRM Salesforce / Engage and digital archiv.
- Making arrangements for internal meetings
- Managing team’s calendar including: scheduling and organizing meetings sending reminders
- Submit team’s expenses, maintain holiday accruals
- Business support: format and review proposals, teasers and presentation or other specific reports and update team CV’s
- Support Money Laundering Prevention checks and participate in internal and external audits
- Debt management
- Optimizing marketing tools related to the department
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Fluent in written and spoken English / Native portuguesee
- Proficient use of MS Office tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Some previous experience in similar functions will be a plus
**Skills & Personal Qualities**:
- Reporting skills
- Organized, keen to learn and pro-active
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Sense of humour
- Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
